Hours:
Working hours vary from place to place. Generally in public hospitals physiotherapists are now working a 37 hour working week in accordance with the requirements of the Haddington Road Agreement.
Physiotherapists will also be rostered to work some weekends and also will be trained to join the on call roster in due course.
Salary:
Basic Grade Salary: €33,969-€44,156
Senior Physiotherapist: €50,134-€59,208 ( One must have a minimum of three years clinical experience and in the current climate a Masters in the area would be beneficial in increasing chances of attaining the position)
Clinical Specialist: €55,564-€64,638 ( One must have a minimum of five years experience and a Masters in the area to become a clinical specialist)
Manager/Deputy Physiotherapy Manager: €60,641-€69,659
Manager in Charge 3: €67,254-€73,783
