Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy
What is it?
Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy is and exercise based programme designed to promote central nervous system compensations for inner ear deficits. This therapy can help with a variety of problems such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and the unilateral or bilateral vestibular hypofunction associated with Menieres Disease, labyrinthitis, and vestibular neuritis. Vestibular rehabilitation can also help with sudden loss of vestibular function following surgery complications.
Vestibular Rehabilitation can help relieve the symptoms associated with the forementioned conditions such as: dizziness, vertigo and balance problems amongst others.
